The origin of my interest in ENF

ENF is an acronym for Embarrassed Nude/Naked Females, females who are embarrassed to be nude in front of someone or in public. It's a specific kind of sexual interest, fetish, kink or whatever you may call, that gets one turned on. The female might be naked because the towel she is wearing after taking a shower gets dropped suddenly in front of someone. She might have suffered a wardrobe malfunction, lost a bet or played strip poker or strip games, forcing her to be unwillingly naked. In all such scenarios she is reluctantly naked, covering helplessly her private parts with her hands or whatever objects she might find around, most of the time in front of someone or in public.

The most mild example of it, sometimes called EUF, or Embarrassed Undressed Female, in which the female loses an article or more of clothing exposing her underwear and or bra, is the bridge scene in the Fantastic Four movie where Jessica Alba's character strips to become invisible, but not knowing how to control her newfound powers, she becomes visible again and she is in her undewears. 

 

That and many other such scenes in movies and televisions made me interested in ENFs. 

But before I had any access to internet, as a boy going through puberty, I would chance upon such scenes in Hollywood movies on my cable TV, where the actresses somehow lost their clothes or got naked and would instantly be embarrassed about it. My first sexual awakening was because of the famous sword fight scene in The Mask or Zorro in which Catherine Zeta Jones loses her upper clothing.

Ever since I saw this scene, I would always wait for the time when movie channels would show this movie. 

I even chanced upon Kate Winslet's portrait scene in Titanic, and it did turn the teenage me on. But I was expecting some kind of hesitation, shock or embarrassment from her, but it didn't happen. I couldn't understand why I was interested in only about those scenes where the woman is suddenly naked, shocked, embarrassed and trying to cover herself. I began to accept my specific interest and started searching for images when I finally got access to internet, where the women are naked in public, because I assumed that women naked in public would be embarrassed. That was not the case most of the time, because weirdly enough, I found women who were willingly naked in public and walked around freely displaying their naked bodies on porn sites.

With enough searches on Google and YouTube, I was able to find videos, images and even erotic stories, catering to my need for ENF related material. There are hundreds of YouTube videos and maybe thousands of ENF fiction stories. Interestingly enough there are enough adult videos which made specifically for the ENF kink. I don't know if it can be considered porn though, there is no actual sexual activity in such videos, the women in such videos lose their clothes, often by supernatural reasons, but are alone in the video, without any actual secondary character and most of time the viewer is a second person in such videos.

But a complete gem of such a video is 'Baby Sitting Without a Net'. I have seen just parts of it around different adult websites, the first few minutes and the last few minutes, and that is by far one of my most favourite ENF videos.

I have explored erotic literature too in the ENF category and after reading a lot of ENF stories and getting acquainted with the tropes and cliches, I finally wrote my first erotica ever in the most popular erotica site, Literotica this year, as the pandemic prohibited me to go out anywhere during my free time and maybe one day, I may write an ENF novel. There are some ENF novels available on Amazon, that I intend to read.
